My name is Mirembe McDuffie-Thurmond and I’ve done and learned a good amount of things so far during my time at Wesleyan. If I had a timeline of impactful moments at the university, I would start at my freshman fall semester when I failed multiple Greek History tests leading to my withdrawal from the class. From there I would jump to the second semester of my first year to highlight how I learned from my mistakes of the fall semester and did much better, resulting in me developing new skills and being very proud of myself.
